Overall great hotel that I hope to return to some time.maybe a few things for the hotel to look at. Coach transfer arrived on time but we had to walk a short distance up the road to meet the coach. she was quite rude actually.anyway besides that the hotel is in a great position in the old town area of Benidorm that has bars and shops and restaurants scattered around the area.on our final day we needed to check out for 12.00 but unfortunately our transfer by coach was due to lift us at 20.55.so the hotel unfortunately couldn't give us a room extension as it was filled to capacity.so they gave us a key to access the toilets and also the fitness suite showers as well. she then proceeded to remove all the glasses at the table. the following day a member of staff asked us did we want any drinks and our reply was no we have our own.

the restaurant we had full board and the selection is well varied with loads of choice for both kids and parents and the variation of dishes is again credit to the chef and his staff.my only annoyance was that we brought our own drinks to cut down the cost as you have to pay for drinks even water.so we brought down our own to the restaurant and poured them into the glasses that were sitting on the table. Victor is a credit to the hotel top class man. the pool at the hotel is good and I mention the pool attendant Victor who was so good at his job always helping fix towels and putting up umbrellas and generally making the area a safe and happy place. Just back from a 10 day holiday in Corona Del Mar in Benidorm.we arrived after midnight and was booked in for our room and was given a complimentary food bag per person as the restaurant was closed.the rooms were very bright and modern and spotless.we did ask for a sea view for our two rooms but our room was the other side of the hotel overlooking a small road. We will come back and stay at this hotel when we come back to Benidorm. Lovely cobbly streets and fantastic tapas bars and restaurants. We loved the old town, its very very busy. Plenty of sunbeds, it was never an issue. The pool, Victor well he is amazing, he makes you feel so welcome and nothing is too much bother. The hotel is suitable for people with mobility isdues as there are ramps and lifts throughout the hotel. We decided to eat one night at the hotel and they charged it to our room so we paid at the end of our stay. The restaurant has a huge variation of foods to choose from. Not many plug points but there is one in bathroom to use hairdryer as I took my own and straighteners. Our room was quite spacious and cleaned everyday. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. My partner did and after a lot of encouragement from his friends I went. In the Wellness area you can have a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hydromassage or the sauna, or keep in shape with cardiovascular exercises.įirstly I didn't want to go to Benidorm.
